How to Add Email Addresses, Site Editors and Supervisors
Need to add an account?

1)      Please log in to your vCHURCHES account.


2)      When you are logged in on the top right hand corner above your header you will see the User Admin button.


3)      When you get to the next page a table will appear with the account you have already created.


4)      Click on the add button on the right side above the table.


5)      Fill in the username, first, middle, and last name of the person you would like to add. If you only want them the person to have email choose No (cannot edit site). Otherwise select the option that suits this person best. Choose yes or no for the email privileges and type in the password.


6)      Please click on save. If the username you choose is already taken you will get an error message
