To upload a video or Audio

Note: Maximum file size is 18 MB per clip

1. Click the button in the Audio/Video box.

2. A window will pop up named Audio/Video File Upload. Click the Browse button.

3. The Choose File window will pop up. You are now browsing your hard drive.

    Find and select the file* you wish to upload. Then click Open. This will lead you back

    to the File Upload window.

4. Click Upload File

*Video must be in MPEG1-4, MOV, WMA, AVI, QT, MOVIE, RM

*Audio must be in MP3, WAV, MPEG, MIDI, SND and AIFF
