Starting fulltime in ministry at age 20, Ron has either been in ministry or the business side of ministry, all his adult life. Both an executive in para-church ministries and as part of a Pastoral staff, Ron has led numerous organizations through the visioning process. As a Change Agent, Ron has helped these churches and ministries bring about successful change.

Ron has taught and written about Spiritual Gifts and ministry preferences for over twenty years. For over 30 years he has been involved in various capacities in helping people get involved in helping those in need. Today Ron is Executive Pastor of Calvary Church in Orland Park Illinois and Director of layministry.com a resource for churches to help equip their members.
